Day 1: Sydney to Port Stephens
You don't need telling that Sydney has some pretty iconic sights to see. But we'll take you to a spot in Kirribilli to get the very best views. After a short walking tour of the area, it's up onto the Harbour Bridge, then beach time! We'll check out the laidback lifestyle of Manly Beach before heading up the freeway to meet some local Aboriginal people. Think Rock Art and bush tucker tastings. After a jam-packed day we'll relax in Port Stephens for a filling feast and maybe even a 'coldie' at the local bar. Hunter Valley is synonymous with wine. Visit a local vineyard, a brewery, and a chocolate tasting. You'll get to hop in an oak barrel and have a go at grape stomping, then take a walk through the vines and into the Hunter Wine Theatre to learn about the grape's journey from vine to bottle. Round off the day with a glass of something in hand as you overlook the rolling vine striped hills of the area. Included today: -Wine & chocolate tasting -Grape stomping -Wine school Meals included: -Breakfast
Day 4: Hunter Valley to Blue Mountains
Glenbrook might be small but it's big on good coffee. We'll stop off here before heading up to the Blue Mountains.
