It’s then on to the Dead Sea, where we enjoy swimming or (floating!) in the sea and indulging in Dead Sea mud treatments – known for their purifying qualities.Cairo's treasuresFrom Jordan we fly to Egypt and begin our Egypt tour in Cairo, standing in front of the awe-inspiring Great Pyramids of Giza before. We visit to the world-famous Egyptian Museum, home to Tutankhamun's priceless treasures, the Citadel of Cairo and the Mohammed Ali Mosque, before a trip to the lively Khan El Khalili bazaar.Cruising in styleWe spend 4-nights on a luxurious Lake Nasser cruise. Whilst cruising we have time to both relax and enjoy shore visits to the famous temples of Amada, Kalabsha, Wadi El Seboua & the stunning Abu Simbel, some of the oldest in Egypt. The next part of our Egypt tour is a cruise along Egypt’s Nile River. On the way we stop to enjoy more famous sights of Egypt including the ancient temples of Kom Ombo, Edfu, Luxor and much more. Our cruising ends in Luxor with a visit to the Valley of the Kings before heading to Cairo where we finish with a group farewell dinner. Please note: We are sure you will have a fantastic time in Jordan. Marion Bunnik has just finished travelling through Jordan on an inspection visit and has noticed that Jordan has had an enormous influx of tourists over the past couple of years. As a result of this, the infrastructure that is usually enjoyed by tourists in well developed countries can often be stretched and therefore, inconsistent. This may mean that there may be noticeable differences in standards, including vehicles, hotels and guides. Bunnik Tours always endeavours to provide the best touring experience possible and recommends that everyone who visits Jordan, do so with an open mind and flexibility.
